Payment Options:

You will be billed four times per year and each bill covers three months in advance
Payments are due by the 10th of the first month in the quarter that is being billed
Please ensure that your remittance stub accompanies your check or money order
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card- please call our office to utilize one of these options
Auto pay is also available with all credit card options
Minimum 60 day notice to cancel service. To cancel service you must speak to a customer service rep directly, voicemail is unacceptable.
Refund policy-No customer refunds for cancelled service without 60 day notice.

COLLECTION TIME-trash must be placed for collection the night before the scheduled collection day
UNLIMITED HOUSEHOLD TRASH
YARD WASTE - as of 7-28-88 the state of Pennsylvania enacted Act 101 which prohibits the collecting of refuse consisting primarily of yard waste. We will accept up to 4 bags, cans, or bundles per week. (branches/twigs must be bundled and tied in lengths not exceeding 4 feet) No dirt, soil, or rocks can be collected
BULK ITEMS - your service includes one bulk item per week such as mattresses, box springs, furniture, carpet (carpet must be cut into 4 foot lengths and 4 foot widths, rolled and tied), and appliances (non-CFC /freon items). For construction debris and household cleanups please contact our office to arrange for a temporary container.
CFC ITEMS - please contact our office to arrange for the collection of any refrigerators or air conditioners at an additional charge.
PROHIBITED ITEMS - the following items can not be collected with your household waste:

tires
auto parts
liquid chemicals such as motor oil, chlorine, etc.
paint containers (can be accepted if completely empty or dry – no free flowing liquids.)
